Set the under eye with a translucent powder first, then add the pink. It’s darker when applied on top of a wet base.

I've never heard the rule of not matching your makeup to your outfit but it sounds ridiculous. I'd much rather have a matching eye look to my shirt than have makeup that completely contrasts the rest of my outfit, I think it's much more pleasing to look at when it's matching 😊

That triangle powder puff is to applies product in a more concentrated way, it "amplifies" the intensity, which is something you wouldn't do with a loose pink powder. That powder you apply it with a brush, never with a puff. I have your same skin tone and can use pink loose powder but I don't apply it like that. The powder puff only needs a tiny amount and can substitute the old baking trend where ppl would use a ton of powder, you can also use it with setting/finishing powder but don't load it so much.

Have u seen all the new drugstore makeup that's launched!!?? I want it all! I did get the new L'oreal mascara, elf mascara, 2 elf luminous bronzers,their new eyeshadow palette, face palette, mascara, primer with niacinamide and also picked up their luminous blushes and lipstains! Next week I'm ordering all the Milani! I need the Revlon and the L'oreal foundation!!!!!

This all turned out great besides the be nye pink powder it definitely looked like blush on your under eyes. You saved it with the brightening powders! I'm obsessed with matching my eye looks to my outfits a lot of times! Lol

the same thing happened to me using the ben nye powder but i find it working the best mixing it in with a translucent powder or going in with the translucent powder first and than going in lightly with the ben nye powder bc it can get very intense quickly!!

- tom ford soft matte foundation
- hourglass eyeshadow in smoke
- dose of colors eyeshadow palette in olive or is it khaki. But the olive palette
- rare beauty mascara
And ive been enjoying doing facial masks this month!

Jasmine!! Spencer actually did a video using the Ben Nye powder because people around your skin tone were experiencing the same thing you did. He did 2 ways to use the powders: 1) do half of your normal loose powder and then add in the pink powder to lighten it up. 2) set with your normal loose powder and then go in and sweep the pink powder under your eyes instead of straight up setting it with the pink powder. I hope this helps and that you try it again! ❤

I would try the Ben nye rose petal luxury powder for under the eyes. It’s lighter than pretty in pink and more brightening. I think you would like that shade a lot more!

I have the Ben Nye cameo powder and it’s really good. It’s a light neutral powder with a slight hint of pink. I was considering trying the pink powder but after watching this I think I’ll pass!
