I struggle with Insomnia, Anxiety and depression. Nothing has been able to help me sleep . I just noticed that I had marked this video with a dislike. I'm so sorry about this mistake and I quickly changed it to a like. I am 65 yrs old and suffer from the most painful disease known to medical science called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). For a year and a half I have been in a nursing home. So I'm sure that I meant to give a like and because of a horrible pain attack and exhaustion I checked in the wrong place. These videos mean so much to me and I listen to them most every night and day. I Love the holy scriptures and the way you read them with such a soothing voice along with the piano playing softly and the rain. Thank you so much for making this video. Loren. I just came across this tonight and I said a prayer for your anxiety. I know what it's like to not be able to sleep without a sleeping pill. I just wish I didn't have to take them but I cannot shut my thoughts down to go to sleep. I've had to take them for 20+ years. My body doesn't make what I need to fall asleep. 😕

Wow, I got 8 hours' rest last night🙌My sweet husband has apnea and refuses sleep study. I don't want to nag him or hurt his feelings by talking about it anymore. It does get loud. This soft scripture, music and rain are perfect to help. The "morning" hymn, "It Is Well With My Soul" comforts and makes me grateful to have rested well.🙇🏼♀️🙌
P.S. If I can get him to an ear, nose, throat specialist- it would be good. He knows his sinuses are acting up.
