You have to make a decision to stop. I had to do it and you can too..Stop drinking entirely..and then put up a guard against it. Don't be around it at all..and don't be around people that drink. I try to say psalms 91 everyday, will usually say it off and on all day. Very powerful. Always plead the blood over yourself, family, marriage, job, house, property, vehicle and finances. It’s important that you all do this everyday. Continue to thank God for everything good or bad. Keep the faith and God bless each and everyone of you.

You are seeking God, he said seek and you shall find, ask and you shall receive, with the faith of a mustard seed, you can move mountains. Everyday you may grow with the Lord, he can do anything, when you pray God knows what your about your going to ask, during your prayer, know that with good intentions and with accordance with a nimble prayer. You shall receive, pray for others for others, praise him for he loves you. After your prayer, be silent, for you may be answered directly, if not he’s not doing nothing, he’s in the middle of answering you. He created us, he knows us better than we know ourselves. You are the seed that was planted in the soil, he died on the cross, even then he knew the moment right then what he wanted for you. If you believe your worth nothing, then why would Jesus go through all what he did, it wasn’t for nothing, because he believed you would come to him, so that he may help and protect you. Just come to your father in heaven, he wants to help you and that can only be a loving father. Nothing he promised he’d go back on. For he’s not a liar. He’s the way, the truth and life, nobody comes to the father except by him.
We sure can use more love and peace. So much is happening right now in America. If we could pray at the same time, everyday, God would hear our prayers, to lift this terrible Co-19 virus. Good luck. I lost my job in July over the mask that I cannot wear and won't wear. They demanded my medical and mental health history after I gave them my ADA advocate letter of accommodations needed. I don't see anyway out of this or forced vaccines next. My money has run out.
This is not only for sleeping this can also be used to pray in the morning and resight the word of the lord to get in your heart for encouragement , this is exactly what I did this morning. I encourage you to do the same you will feel better than before that how I’m feeling right now . I have strength , faith and feel everything is going to work out for me !!
