I owned one of these for a number of years in the mid 90's. Boy how I could have used these videos back then. The biggest issue I had with the bike was with the centrifugal timing advancement system. I finally polished the while assembly with 2000 grit sandpaper and oil. The first time I took it out for a ride after that, I almost killed myself! In all the years I had owned the bike, the timing had never advanced!
Hi Kev, very much a long term project, best not hold your breath 😁. Buddy of mine has a 84 LTD, easy bike to work on. Had 900 and 1000 fours in the late 70's early / mid 80's. Be good to see how things go for you 👍
