I spent a couple months in Germany many years ago. What you can’t say now will be flowing out soon. Enjoy! I love the colors and the stamp. You got this. 💜❤️💜
You’re such a genius to make two beautiful cards with no embellishments, no heat gun, no embossing! I had no idea you were moving to Germany! Best wishes and I will be looking for your cards and German lessons. 😂
Card is gorgeous as usual for you. Wow I had no idea you had moved to Germany. What an awesome opportunity. When I took German a hundred years ago in school I was told to go down in your throat....whatever that means. But I managed to pass. Guttral...go down in your throat to speak. Good luck. Thanks for sharing.
I have been ill for a few days, and you have truly brightened my days. You are so fun to watch, inspirational and funny. I've been binge watching your videos while I lay in my bed, and there isn't one that I haven't enjoyed. ❤️ Thank you for making me feel better. I've got so many ideas I want to try as soon as I get out of this bed! Most of them involve rainbows!
I love how colorful these are - and I can't imagine how hard it must be not to have your heat gun - ack withdrawal!!! I hope it comes soon! Thanks for sharing Laura - I envy your new adventure, mostly - I know it's fun/hard/wonderful/exciting/frustrating/etc.
I liked how colorful these cards were and how you did the masking! Thanks so much for sharing! You could buy an adapter which would let you use your electric items.
You are so incredibly talented and amazing. I can’t even imagine how difficult this move must be. Well no matter how many consonants come at you just know that your heat gun will arrive, you’ll settle in your new home and we will all follow every card you make. Always. Because we love you and think you are incredible.
You are so brave to move to Germany. Godspeed on your journey. Hope you keep making cards. Your videos always inspire me. I can’t help but here a change in your voice. You’re not your usual upbeat self. I hope all is ok and I’m saying prayers for you and your family. Hugs :)
Yours cards are beautiful ! I will be very happy to see which heat gun you have selected. I'm looking for something similar to the famous Wagner gun which does not exist for European voltage as you now know 😩. Good luck with the German : I've studied it for nearly 10 years.... to make it short, I wouldn't be able to play the interpreter, at all ! 🥴🤣🤣🤣
As always, I love your demos.....whether you’re plugged in or not! Hope you get that sorted soon. Possibly looking at getting those inks, but do I have the patience to dry each application before doing the next one?! It’s a problem I have...... we’ll see. Thanks Laura xx
Hey Laura....it's funny that you said what do you do with these sprays cause that's exactly what I said to myself when I got mine. Thanks for the inspiration and I look forward to applying this technique. Stay calm and 'move on' dear (cause I'm sure it hasn't been easy moving to another country). Until next time...
If I try and use a blending tool with the Oxide Sprays, it mills the paper. Doesn't happen with the pads. Any thoughts? Or are sprays just not formulated to be able to be used with blenders?
You probably never noticed, but you Amaricans make some Strange sounds with your mouths, too ;) We just need to stark talking to each other, that would help you, for sure 😘
Hahaha, I’m from the Netherlands so we are “neighbours” now. I get your struggles with pronouncing words correctly. Euro € in German would be pronounced like english would “oy” as in boy and toy. Don’t forget to rrrrrolllll those r’s.
Such a lovely card - as always! How come you moved to Germany and where are you? I am in Bremen, the North. German is not that hard once you get over the fact that things sound differently. Nobody would mind you pronouncing the soft "r". In fact, in my experience people love to try their English on you once they find out you are English or American. lol... Euro is pronounced 0yro. Just say it as you would normally. If you have a dictionary, it would say the pronounciation... online on Google translate, they even say it for you. I like to use www.deepl.com as a translator but they don't have a voice example there. Another good one is www.leo.org. Anyhow, best of success adjusting to all the new things. Btw. How did the SSS-shipment reach you so quickly? When I order there it takes about a month to come through! :-(
Your visit with Maria now connects the dots, Laura... enjoy your adventure... be your wonderful self... they will love you there!! xx
It is a techinque fantastis for discover a variety of colors in two beautiful cards.

Great design! I was wondering what to do with DO sprays.
I am trying to justify the expense of buying these sprays so I am trying to find several uses for them and this was a fun one. TFS!
