I've been on keto for 2 years. Try a scotch egg: a boiled egg wrapped in pork sausagemeat then dip each ball in whipped egg then roll in crushed puffed pork rinds, fry in avocado or olive oil, finish off the rest of the cooking in an air fryer or oven. Delicious, I also make chicken kiev in a similar way, chicken mince with garlic butter inside then coated with the egg mixture and rolled in puffed pork rinds, cook in the same way. I have lost 8 stone and no longer a diabetic, your progress is evident, keep going.

Hydrangeas prefer being in the ground I had mine in pots for a while and once I planted them in ground they took off and looked healthy x
Agreed, and if in pots, you have to make sure they don't dry out, the love water, they hate to dry out.
Never tried it myself, but there are tutorial videos on UA-cam about fixing blown double glazing units. Maybe worth trying it on one of the small windows?

Helen Shapiro "Tell me what he said." Great choice of music, took me way back! Love your videos. I would take the dead leaves of your hydrangeas, give them a good soak and replant in a much larger pot or in the ground, they like a lot of water.

For your hydrangea I'd remove all dead leaves and re-pot it

I’ve had hydrangeas for years in pots and they need repotting into larger pots, then remove all the brown leaves give them a good feed with fertiliser and make sure you water them well every day during the spring and summer even if it rains. If you plant them in the garden you don’t need to water them so much once established xx

Sharon where theres 4 little pears growing ,nip off a couple and youll get 2 bigger juicier ones .As for the hydrangeas take the dried leaves off and watch the dogs dont widdle on them .Raising them up with little feet might help the drainage and give a good feed .Check the y might need a bigger pot now .Good luck guys .😊

Not boring at all! I never buy any shrubs from Tesco anymore, they dont survive but ok for spring/summer annuals like primroses, pansies etc. 👍

Hello both. You're new window looks fab. I have soggy garden syndrome too. Some plants thrive on wet some hate it. I would get the hydrangeas planted and see how they go. They should pick up. Sharon's salad looked delicious. Thank you both.

I find the best almond milk is called PLENISH . Plenish almond milk only has spring water 5% organic almonds and a touch of salt Alpro almond milk has loads of other stuff in it,and I think only 2 % almonds Yuk! The almond breeze also only 2% almonds and contains seed oil lecithin, emulsifiers.
You can get PLENISH almond milk in Tesco or Sainsbury’s

LOL Once again, yummy breakfasts in The Ragged Apron when she put that plate with the pickles beside you OMG pickled onions, I love them and that was the first thing you picked up and popped in your mouth ...be still my heart. When I was a kid I would have 3d to spend for chocolate from the ice cream van that sat outside our school at lunchtime but I would wait for the fish van which sold the best pickled onions ever and only Id each so I could get 3. Can't get them here, and craving them like mad !!! Do you know how to make them, just like the ones we used to have ? Cant find a recipe using white vinegar. No Martin, your videos are NOT boring at all. I have no family so nice to see families doing just what families do. Love to all. (humans and doggies) 🥰

In my last 4 1/2 years of my care carrer I did nights before I retired and with me only averaging 3 hrs sleep when it came to my meals and could not be bothered cooking it was freezer and ping culture came in that how I contracted type 2 diabetes ready meals my down fall full of rubbish 😊

You are so right, I am guilty of not reading the labels correctly. I have fallen for that many of time. Love the shopping trip. Your pear tree is doing so well. I have tried a few fruit trees and they don’t seem to do so well. I have an avocado one, still waiting to fruit. Lemon trees have a few lemons this time ❤
Like other people have said, get the dead leaves off and then put your hydrangeas in the ground. Your soil type will determine which colour(s) they turn out to be.
Yes We plan to plant them in the garden, just haven't had the time this week.

My gallbladder has settled down after nearly 8 months of constant aching on this eating regime.
