NOTE all the conveyers and parts in this video still work the same. they just changed them to be red and look different.
changes: you can no longer clip the jaw crusher through the wash plant. simply add a bend to the top part then run your jaw off the side.
I seen a comment on steam from the dev (a while back) who said that, on reference to ‘how to get started’. “I thought the only players that bought this would be miners….” I kid you not. Astonishing, eh?
He had absolutely no idea or plans to make this understandable/playable to the thousands of players from ‘Gold Rush’, or the millions that have a fleeting interest and would like to give it a go. Therefore invest in it and make huge sales. If it was *only* for real miners, then you could count sales on one hand. I bought it and i have absolutely no interest in mining, but games like GR and this piqued my interest. Like construction simulator 15/22. Heavy plant, digging and finding rare minerals etc. that’s fun!

and is it possible to get all the materials sorted to their own separated conveyer lines?
Nice job Split but left out one thing that should been added. You got to remember allot of those who play ooo need the book ooo for dummies lol. That said you left out the step on how to get rid of the dirt from sale and just save the gold jadeite bauxite and other values tied to the paydirt? This is important as you know if your trucking the pay. So a reminder of using the extra sorter to get rid of dirt could be important for those above mentioned.
this is a basic how-to. that will be in an advanced part.

This very cool layout isnt working anymore. The jaw crusher seems to prevent the washplant getting the pay out of the paydirt.
yeah you need to add bend then add a jaw. something changed in one of the last few patches
for basic i would skip the sorter and just run 1 line, usaly i build hopper, jaw, fractioner, washplant, container
Many things need to be changed atm with the washplant and production so i tried to keep it close to what it should be based on the in game. like washplant should not let everything flow through it. and trommel and cone crusher need to be reworked

I have a question. Do i need a hopper? The conveyors collect ore and materials or am i wrong? What is the purpose ?
nah you don't really need a hopper
Is the Trommel not needed right now? I'm using sorter and Wash Plant, Don't see or understand why or how I would put the Trommel into the layout.

yep for the most part. other then they added some other stuff and took out jade.

yellow ones changed into the red ones. but still works the same.
