Hello 👋 I’m so happy I found this channel. I used to breed and race when I was a teenager, it was my greatest passion. I was forced to stop when went to vet school and now work in my profession, but never re-started due to the lack of space. Your shots are absolutely stunning and your birds beautiful and healthy. I wish I could build a loft like yours one day!
Hello and welcome to my channel! I am glad you like it. I had the same story, gave up pigeons going to university, and did my best to restart with pigeons as soon as possible, made it my number one priority. I bought the land and build a little loft first, before building my house. 😆

Yes, it was very cold and the birds are on a measured food amount so I can keep the males and females together without laying eggs.
@Pigeonmania Quick Question what brand of Probiotics do You give to Your Birds?
I don't really use probiotics now. Mostly in summer in racing and young birds, usually Probac.

Hi! I am deeply impressed. You keep the breeding males/females seperate. How do You manage that? I mean, they would have some drive to mix up 🤔🥰
They don't feel like breeding now in cold weather and limited food. Wild birds also don't breed now. I need them to rest, "hibernate", and be ready in spring for the reproduction.

About ± 2 lei / kg of barley or corn for example. I don't buy the others separated but in pigeon mixes. What about you?
