Shit isn't as bad as you think it is bro; I was dying in the hospital from pills and alchol when i realized this. It's all about how you perceive the things that happen to you. Alcohol is a depressant also, move to trees for a bit and see if that helps anything. Just remember, no matter how bad it is, at least this random dude on the internet cared enough to take the time to say his word. Good luck and keep your head up.
