  • We are getting ready to form and poor our top slab. Some small hiccups on the way but its all good. Also I have been clearing the land and lot work was don that I want to show. It is a crucial stage in the construction journey, laying the groundwork for the sturdy foundation upon which the entire structure will rest. This meticulous process involves a series of steps designed to ensure stability, durability, and structural integrity, setting the stage for a safe and secure home for generations to come. The first step in getting ready for the house slab is site preparation. This involves clearing the land of any vegetation, debris, or obstructions that may impede construction. Excavators and bulldozers are used to level the ground and create a smooth, even surface for the foundation.

Enjoyed watching all of your projects moving along. We had a farm kitty that was truly like a dog he would follow me everywhere around our Farm even into the sheep paddocks, but the Alpacas didn't like him around the new born lambs so I had to be careful for him.Anyway another enjoyable video.😊

Thank you. We have no big animals yet and is fun having them around. Slowly we are moving forward and that is the main thing. It would not be good to go backwards.

Just a bit of general information regarding building etc.I had mentioned we are moving to Continental Croatia in the next few months, talking to someone with local knowledge of the area is always important. We have been many times to visit family in Split but we like to grow our own food and still want to have a bit more land around us to keep ourselves busy and self sufficient as we have recently sold our farm in W.A. We are genuine in our endeavours so please do not feel concerned about our request. Kind regards Lisa

5000 euros for oplate!! You can buy over 270m2 of lipbled oplate for that price! 50c per square metre, if you have 200 square metres there again is nearly 5000 euros for 45 days. These guys are getting their oplate paid off on 1 job! Who is stupid enough to pay that much.
If you rent them make sure you burn your name into the side of each one and number them. They will trash them, won't clean them properly and will grab your good ones and replace them with their older ones if you aren't careful. Also make sure they pay up front.

Thank you for advice. I am still not sure what to do with it as the guy I bought if off offered to buy it back from me.
The rental was just crazy prices.
