4:43 Alright so here's what happened with brellas and why nobody uses them anymore. To start off, splat brella (the sorella kit) was probably one of the best skirmishing weapons in all of splatoon 2 due to it being an effective counter to shooters. In lategame splatoon 2 the devs nerfed brella's damage and ink efficiency by quite a bit allowing for quad shooter to take over the meta. In the switch between games brellas were not properly coded in with splat and undercover getting bad kits that don't help them in any way. Tent's kit is fine but there is so many bugs with its shield even 6 months into the game's release that they're much more rare to encounter now. Oh and nintendo added a new brella counter to the game, which would be the splatanas. They just shred through brella shields like they're nothing and brellas can't do anything to fight back.
