Originally the plan was to watch Dhar Mann then play Mario Galaxy, but the Dhar Mann video was based on a true story and was really dark, so I decided to stop and not make jokes about it. Personally, I would've been much happier if Nintendo sold their soundtracks physically on CD or Vinyl. Or at the very least, sell their soundtracks digitally as MP3 or FLAC files that can be saved and copied to your computer, hardrive, USB or wherever else completely DRM free. A Spotify type service is just a rental service where there is no ownership rights.

Of course they are going to go after the people who upload their music, they now offer a way to legitimately listen to there music. Which is what people have been asking for so the argument they use for uploading it to youtube has now gone.
