I’m a big fan of a great dark beer or any beer in my chili as one of the liquids. It adds a rounded richness that I can tell is missing when I don’t use it. I’ve never used cocoa powder, I will try both. I love that you also use chunks of beef. I’ve always loved adding browned tenderloin to mine. Excellent recipe! 😊
