A player that managed well his size and strenght and of course had a great setter like Nikola Grbic (the greatest ever in Serbia) feeding him balls Ivan didnt left anything on his tank.... he sacrifice a lot a true profesional of his sport and a dear one to many people.... will be remembered as one of the greatest opposites in the history of the sport and for me he is for sure a top 3 in history.... individually

Volleyball is such a specific sport. Due to it's diversity of playing positions it is hard to define the best ever and yet every player no matter how good he or she is needs a good team. But if you choose the best by position, then I think Ivannis thebbest opposite ever.

Nishida spike are better? Miljkovic is 6 times world league(Now VNL) top scorer and 4 times world league MVP, and 3 of them is in a row,at the age of nishida now,miljkovic already an olympic champion while nishida never won an international trophy even asian championship,never compare a legend to overrated japanese boy,let's see what nishida can do in the next VNL and olympic if nishida can be the MVP in VNL or at least bring japan to bronze medal in olympic lets talk about it
