I think it's a progress. It's from being scared of her, then challenging her. If we will ever have a season 3, I want mire chemistry between Damien and Julia. It's unfortunate that Damien didn't win because of a Priya and Caleb, it was such a bad episode because Damien got eliminated

They built up all that tension and made us believe these two would be rivals bring out Damien more as a character just to eliminate Damien in a bs way… I mean I had somewhat of a feeling Damien wasn’t gonna win because his character was inconsistent throughout the season but he could’ve made it at least to final 4 just swap him with Priya and you’re good because Priya vs Caleb lasted way too long.
