Even when he is an ex she still likes, for the sake of ones dignity and some remains of self respect she should have pushed him away or screamed or kicked between his legs to stop this way of treatment . I just hope that in real China this is not common.
Being abducted is common in cdramas. If she had dignity she would've cut ties with that guy and calling cops on him to get out of the enmeshed situation, yet she was casual by getting abducted. She can kick the car but not kick him for self defense. What a great drama. Gotta applaud 👏.

Yeah, their way of thinking is so different. Im always thinking “that would never happen” or never happen here. Or why did that happen? Makes no sense This guy stalking her- once he gets caught, he says to her “why can you not act like a woman” lol, how is that the first thing the stalker says. Taxi doesnt even chase down the girl, if anything - but to get paid for the ride.. not to mention, he must have seen her getting pushed into the suv. Taxi driver knows hes being followed. Does nothing. Loses money, probably doesnt even call the police.
The problem with these shows if you've watched them enough, they take liberties even with issues that would be considered impossible, illegal or nonsense. I started to think in China, people can swap DNA tests, force you to be a blood bank, and bribe doctors to do an illegal operation on a stranger. Some of the creativity was beyond but consistently been shown in their tv shows. So I did my research and realised writers there can write anything beyond imagination as long as they don't attack the government. It doesn't have to be legally true or plausible or adhere to any laws as long you make it clear this is a work of fiction😂 think of it as vampire diaries isn't real. These shows, despite being modern and contemporary, this is vampire diaries presenting itself as real... as the fiction isn't even trying to be close to what happens in reality. Like most Hollywood shows do, albeit a lot of virtual signalling. Although, too many shows were showing perpetrators walking, so their OFCOM made it a requirement that "bad people" in a show need to be shown to go to jail. 😅as the writers just never punish bad people other than a handshake at the end. Another recent one, time travelling shows got banned etc.
Don't worry, marriage is just a game in Chinese drama, which they play again and again. I really hate c drama just because of making fun of marriage in almost every drama. Every thing will go smoothly until last few episode where leads marry with other and then divorce.... It's very irritating.
Whats the point when you had her u went out for other girl never cherished her!! When she finally tries to move on u dont allow her to move on but u people will going out with mistress at same time you don't want to leave ur gf or wife but want to make them suffer.U ppl can cheat do adultery but she decides to do or move on these scums wont allow!!
