Loved this drama. Loved this CP. Hate that the directors spent more time on the old couple on blind date than this very important ending. Got no satisfaction on a romantic ending!
The first 30 episodes were slow and plodding but somehow I kinda enjoyed it and stuck with it because I wanted to see where it went... Around 32 episodes in I was starting to enjoy it and looking forward to the ending... Then the last 15 minutes of this episode (the last one) on amazon prime got the video desynched the audio. This ending now beats Do do so so la la sol for weirdness. Least satisfying ending to a drama that could have been written so much better. Shame because they were really engaging to watch and the premise of the story was kinda good. I made it to the end of a 40 episode drama, but this just reinforces why Kdramas get it right so much more.
Exactly my thoughts. She should’ve kept Teng Yue and left him behind. There were better men who wanted to date her. She really should’ve dated one of them. What’s to keep XuSi from doing the same thing in the future?
