1: I have no evidence for this but I think this is supposed to be interpol. Entirely a guess though.

It would have been fun that Carmen could have been brainwashed for whole one season not just two episodes. I think ending was really exiting but I would have loved to see more Evil Carmen and then they could have been all happy and throw a party when carmen comes back and PS I loved that carmen finally found her mother in the end.
