would you mind taking a sharpie or some soapstone and draw arrows on the top plate to show the direction of travel of the flame path including any internal baffles indicating any change of direction up to the exit. thanks. interesting design

Thermometer can measure correctly only "black and matte" surfaces. if the surface is bright, shiny, white, the temperature is not measured correctly.
