I also bought silver colour sharkfin antenna from Amazon worth 399 INR in 2020. The tape has held well, not even slight movement. No idea about radio as I never used it. Regarding color fading, mine still matches with the silver roof wrapping. Just clean it and Liquid polish it after 6 months, BUT LIGHTLY!!!!!!
