Steve & Rhonda safe travels..been watching some of your vids and just become a new subscriber most of your Tips & Mods were top shelf..not like other youtubers repeating the same old same ol.🍻🍻
Hi newy joe. Thanks for your encouraging comments. I am glad you enjoyed these videos and hopefully you get to travel at these great places. I try to let the videos tell the story without my silly mug in front of the camera for most of the video as you don’t have to tell me that I’m not Mr personality Ha Ha. I enjoy taking and editing videos with minimal equipment. Cheers !!!
Mate your a bloody legend. Thanks so much for walk around the outside of your van. Love your tips especially your wheel alignment jig😜👍very simple yet helpful. Keep up the good work mate 🍺. & get out & enjoy life 😏.
Gday Mate, Happy New Year to you and the family and thank you for a great informative video again. Love all your tips especially the guards under the van. Well done.
That wheel alignment jig is a bloody ripper. I’ve spent hours mucking around with my van which is the same as yours and cursed the alignment. The axles aren’t welded on dead square. Each wheel sits in or out different to its mate so you can’t use a string. Thanks.
Hi Mick . Using this idea is as accurate as you can be. However the Jayco alignment adjustment set up is very crude . I managed to get one wheel spot on and the others fairly close. But still managed an improvement . Good luck. Cheers!!
It did initially for a while until for some reason the internal changer in the setec stopped working.. I then installed a CTek lithium stand alone charger next to the battery . I also linked up the break away battery to the main battery terminal’s.Main battery chargers to 100 percent. The Setec charger will work but will only charge the lithium to 80 percent.
Hi David. Thanks for your comment. Yes one of the reasons I have them in a cover and hopefully discreetly mounted is not to show off my gear. I hate it when things get stolen. Cheers mate!!
Loading extra weight on the rear can lead to/make worse stability sway problems. Not recommended. There are numerous vids on You Tube demonstrating this. Lots of great tips though!
This is correct and can be a very dangerous problem when travelling. My van is correctly balanced when packed with great consideration taken for weight distribution. The Jerrycans are only used for transporting water to the van and filling up the vans main tanks when we are camped up for a long period with out connection to mains water supply. Full Jerrycans are transport to the van in my tow vehicle and are normally carried on the van empty. This allows us to camp longer offgrid when there is access to water close by. Thanks for your comments and I hope this will clear up any concerns for you and other Caravaners. Cheers.
More great tips Steve thanks M8 👍
Thank mate , Glad you got something out of the video. Cheers!
Great ideas, great workmanship too.

I think the best mods were all those underbody bash plates to protect all your ''bits''. Well done.

@@steve.rhonda_azzopardi no worries. I’m used to working on old cars and trucks where nothing is square. Thanks mate😀
Sorry. One more question. I noticed you changed to I think Itechworld lithium. Did you just use the Jayco setec 240v charger?

@@steve.rhonda_azzopardi that’s about how I was thinking. Thanks again 😀
Those maxtraks are meant to be ostentatiously mounted on you rhino rack with a spade and Jack.
