I went to a training a couple months ago , led by Dr Philip Manfield himself and he used tapping which I noticed you don't and he also did not use a container and he also had the person keep their eyes open and he also had a dialogue with the person about their calm scene. No BLS? Last week I took the training with the psychologist who created flash and he had BLS as part of the protocol (tapping on thighs) while thinking of calm scene and while blinking.
that is a great plus for most people to not have a drop in energy doing this method!
