Raw Food For Whiskey: Cucumber-Carrot Smoothie and Offal

Cucumber and carrot mulch is a common leftover after juicing, backing or salad making. Combine with some yogurt, brewers yeast, and a little broth or water, and pour over a handful of chicken livers and gizzards.
