My son is an electrician. In his first learning year at the age of 16 an electrician school mate went back into a room after the Stadtwerke = municipal utilities had switched on the electricity, because he had forgotten to take his jacket with him.
As my son told me the young boy died because of a span arc = überspannungsbogen.
Just the shoe sole was left of him.
So however funny these little films may be - the dangers are shockingly serious.
    Greetings from Germany.

A teacher at my school when I was in apprenticeship as Electrician told about the times he had been out in the field working for a big company. One day he needed to measure the voltage on a power bus bar. He put the cables into his instrument and just before he put the tips to the power bus bars he realized that the cables he had in hand were of the same colour instead of being different.
The cable melted in his hands and he got some burns, but luckily his reflexes let him close the eyes so they did not get damaged.
      ...
Even though my apprenticeship prepared me for work with higher voltages, I luckily never had to handle more than the usual 400V three phase system in Germany. And even this one needs to be treated with a lot of respect.
As is the saying: There are old electricians, and there are daring electricians.
But not old daring ones. 😅

You are very right about that. My husband learned multiple professions and the first was with the ÖBB (österreichische Bundesbahn) repairing trains and the electrical systems.
They were shown films like that and still one of them died and another lost a finger. They were boys from ages 15 to 19. Young guys are just prone to do stupid things, especially when they are a large group. Unfortunately making a mistake can be deadly.

Just wanna add a bit of context and explanation.
Mebedo, the company that made the video specializes in electrical safety. They offer software and training to test appliances, electrical installations, and document the results.
Horst’s job title (VEFK, Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft) means he’s responsible for anything relating to electrical safety in his company.
Germany is one of few countries that require electrical appliances to be checked on a regular basis. (Only in companies, not private households). Most small businesses rely on external service providers for that.

The absolute first thing you learn in Europe, as a prospective electrician, are the five vital safety rules, even if you only have to deal with low voltages in your job.
    1 Disconnect
    2 Secure against reconnection
3 Ensure there is no voltage
    4 Earthing and short-circuiting
5 Cover or isolate neighboring live parts
There is of course also a sequence plan for recommissioning.
It is also not healthy to put a 380 kV into operation if step 4 of the vital 5 has not been removed.

Rule 1 "Freischalten" well still can not compete with sheer idiots. - During maintenance of a huge (as in you can climb and walk around in it) cold steel press line. The crew did secure the emergency braces and switches. You need a key to remove those, which has to be carried by the crew at all times. A worker nobody tolled about the maintenance came along finding himself unable to work since it would not start. He informed his supervisor who got the spare keys from the safe and unlocked the press.. three dead, one heavily injured and one on the spot fired supervisor.
Now you need two guys to open the safe.

There is a series of work safety advising films called "Napo". They involve 3D computer cast characters in different work scenarios involving safety hazzards. It isn't a destinctly German series but there are German versions of it and it was made in collaboration with the DGUV, a German insurance company and other european companies. In my opinion it is fun to watch and I think you should watch it too.

Is another one, but it is not as good as the other two.
But if you wanna do some Safety related stuff, without the humour there are chinese Safety videos which are animated, but also hillarious in there execution.
I'm a german Mechatronics Guy, so half electrician, half mechanic and half programmer, if that makes sense. And I had in 2nd year of my apprenticeship the Berufsgenossenschaft, a institution that is responsible for work safety come over and show some very grim pictures of real accidents.
Ampere, the Silent Killer, basically. Had two colleagues who became cashiers after this presentation. For good reasons. It wasn't as grim as the one they show to electricians after they graduate, but it was easy to see, that Electricity is Friggin Dangerous.
I think thats Ok, when you work as an electrician, you need to know what you are doing - as horst needs to remember: never think of routine, as experience.
