Among the greatest, he was the only real two-footed player. I've never seen in my life a player who could dribble and shoot wit either foot like him. Pelé and Rivera for example used their left foot when they were "forced" by the situation, but Sir Bobby's feet were interchangeable

I totally agree with Dennis Law's definition of Charlton, and I would also add that he was a good controller of the match time as appropriate at each moment,(correct me if I'm wrong, who has seen him play more than me) and physically strong, one of the greats without a doubt.
I’ve never seen anybody hit the ball like Bobby, especially those old heavy footballs and he did it with both feet. His shots flew straight as an arrow without dipping, curling or losing any momentum right into the corner, they punched clean through the air… Valverde in the modern game is probably as close as it gets except he can obviously generate more power with the modern footballs.
Sat next to him on the train to Newcastle. He would never ride first class even though he was a first class fella. Took me ages to work out where I recognised him from.
As an amateur footballer and almost a professional, i relate to Endrick's statement about Charlton, a player that retired before his dad was even born. I was born in 2000 i haven't seen Thierry Henry in his prime i remember him from childhood and some glimpses from when he was at Barca (that's when i started watching football) but i relate to him a LOT as a player, im short 176 cm but somehow i have the same physical structure (especially my back) as him i also move with the ball the same way he does (not that level of speed but im talking about how i conduct my spine, shoulders and hips) i also stand on my toes when im playing because it helps me move fast, stay sharp and be agile and it gives me class in my game 😁 I respect Endrick for being unbiased and taking things for real and not judging "uhh this player is old or different era or idk" Edit: when i saw his first goal for Madrid, i start to understand why he likes Charlton.

I totally agree with Dennis Law's definition of Charlton, and I would also add that he was a good controller of the match time as appropriate at each moment,(correct me if I'm wrong, who has seen him play more than me) and physically strong, one of the greats without a doubt.

As an amateur footballer and almost a professional, i relate to Endrick's statement about Charlton, a player that retired before his dad was even born.
I was born in 2000 i haven't seen Thierry Henry in his prime i remember him from childhood and some glimpses from when he was at Barca (that's when i started watching football) but i relate to him a LOT as a player, im short 176 cm but somehow i have the same physical structure (especially my back) as him i also move with the ball the same way he does (not that level of speed but im talking about how i conduct my spine, shoulders and hips) i also stand on my toes when im playing because it helps me move fast, stay sharp and be agile and it gives me class in my game 😁
I respect Endrick for being unbiased and taking things for real and not judging "uhh this player is old or different era or idk"
Edit: when i saw his first goal for Madrid, i start to understand why he likes Charlton.
