Eko Atlantic, officially Nigeria International Commerce city, also known as Eko Atlantic City, is a planned city in Lagos State, Nigeria, being constructed on land reclaimed from the Atlantic Ocean.
Konza Technopolis, previously called Konza Technology City, is a large technology hub planned by the government of Kenya to be built 64 km (39 mi) south of Nairobi on the way to the port city of Mombasa.

you cannot compare between eko atlantic and kenya , eko is on the sea they fill it , if they calculate they money theyve already spent on it , is enough to build half of kenya s one
