Pickled Quail Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
🥚 30 pcs Quail eggs
🥚 2 1/2 cup Vinegar
🥚 2 teaspoon salt
🥚 6 pcs shallots/small onion
🥚 one bulb of garlic
🥚 one medium size carrot
🥚 one bellpepper
🥚 raisins(optional)
🥚one cup brown sugar
🥚ginger

Can i use any kind of vinegar? What vinegar did u use anyway?
Yes you can use any kind. But white vinegar is the best to use. I used white vinegar on this recipe. Thanks for asking 😘

Hi! I hope masagot nyo po question ko... if ang yolk ng quail eggs ay exposed po, diba po made-disolve ito ng brine / pickling mixture, bad po ba ito? Will it contaminate the pickled eggs?
Hello po. I think it won’t affect the brine as long as you store the pickles inside the refrigerator po. ☺️
