They get to taste the food truck, something that you can only have on 2 Days and 1 Night. Then to close out the night, they have a talent quest and a final quiz with a very special guest. In the morning they battle for a special privilege. What could it be?

There's something about these older episodes that just have so much heart. Those last words to the students were just so real and beautiful. I hope we see another heartfelt episode soon.

I feel like the uni ones have a lot of heart too, the ones when they collab with regular people always are super touching
The ideas for these older episodes were very humanistic, and the editing team did a great job in piecing the footage together to create touching stories

(the teacher paired w jongmin is the best imo. he's odd and has his quirks but you can tell he really loves his students. and at the end when he started reciting their names, i totally cried.)

i'm a teacher myself and i was really touched by the ending (especially with the teacher you've mentioned). i'm always afraid if my students could not understand what i taught to them & would feel guilty if they didn't get better score during exams. there's a time that i would think to myself if i'm worth being a teacher.
Geralt Kevner i do think it's good that you question yourself; you don't get complacent. there's definitely going to be students that may not like your style, but i believe they can sense sincerity. so as long as you're thinking with their hearts in mind, it's sufficient.

1. To emulate teachers from their own life as a student.
2.Passion to teach and inspire young minds
3. Following in the foot steps of previous family members that became academics!!

Aw, Mr. Kim was born to be a teacher. You can see the genuineness in him in every word he utters. Teachers play a big part in everyone's life. I'm pretty sure all of us have at least one teacher in mind while watching this.
thought of a few while watching him. Now that im a teacher myself, i understand their motivation to be as strict as they were even if it means being judged by students.
Mr. Kim was my favorite. Perfect pairing with Jongmin and I was very impressed when he said the names of all of the kids. His reaction to Sistar was hilarious.

you can see Cha taehyun is really kind person, he always look after his partner and hug him if he did well in games.

I've noticed this in other episodes as well but Taehyun is always so friendly and makes his partner feel really comfortable around him. You can even see how there's barely any awkwardness with his partner here.

We always had that one teacher who is very strict, we often misunderstood their intention and get annoyed. But as the time passes and we all graduated, we'll remember that teacher and be thankful for being who he/she is because he/she played a big part in our growth as students, not just in the academic part. We only realized later on that they are the kind of teacher who is so passionate and cares a lot for the future of their students. Thank you very much to the teachers who genuinely cares and take an effort to help their students.
when i was a school student i wished that my teachers can remember my name. Mr Kim is so awesome because he can remember all the names. his students must be really proud and thankful of him.

Mr. Kim really is a nice teacher. It's touching even as he remembered all of his student's names and called them out^^ He will be a well-respected teacher even if students find him strict.

I think some of you really confuse Joonyoung's character to being rude. Joonyoung has been living overseas in a young age until he became what he is right now. He moved from one country to another that's why his character is like that (he has a carefree personality that cares for others). I actually think that he is not just lucky because luck alone is not enough, he is efficient and resourceful. And I actually admire him for that. He had faced many hardships because even though his family his wealthy, he didn't live a smooth life, he was on his own in each country that he lived. Please try to understand what does that person has been through before judging them. :D
But he's rude lol , it's kinda idiotic to justify him being rude by saying he lived a rough life , no one forced him to live that rough life & definitely no one forced him to go on this show & be a public figure in a country that holds respecting other people & being humble to VERY high standards , he's indeed efficient , resourceful & very smart but on the other hand he's extremely lucky , I honestly don't care for the guy but c'mon he's as rude as he's lucky & it wouldn't be the same without him

***** in all honesty,he crossed that line long ago. Even on recent episodes when they had the GM of KBS on the show, he said "Eat Crap" which clearly annoyed the GM. Now I'm not nitpicking but just proving my statement. He has too much confidence in his fan base imo. You defending him sounds really desperate to me. I know a guy who's about the same as jjy. Let's just say we didn't get along well.

i can rely to that, the show wouldnt be the same without him,i just cant understand why people keep looking for the perfect idol picture and try to past it on celebrities and once someone is different,wethere be it being rude(according to them) or himself(like being carefree and talking his mind out, it's not like we are angels,and if the KBS took that as rude they wouldn't have shown it anyway)thet start hating on,he is who he is,if people misunderstand him,well it's a loss otherwise no body has the right to judge someone cause we're not a better fit .AND there r a million better looking pepople out there but under masks and so people like them :) so let's be fair at least while judging
This is my second time watching this episode and I still feel the same... I really salute Mr. Kim .. I've been a teacher for more than 10 years now and I understand what he's saying and feeling about his students. In this line of work, we got to meet students with different personalities and different backgrounds every year . Actually the students that I scold a lot are the students that I really like. And I'm telling you, if a teacher nags or scold a student it's because the teacher cares for that student. Because if we don't then why would we bother worrying about you and thinking of ways to help you with your grades........ Complain when the teacher does not get angry in class cause it means that teacher doesn't really care about the students at all!

I started watching this show (but in Season 4) because of Kim Seon Ho but I started watching random episodes from Season 3 a few days ago because it's popping up on the recommended videos while watching clips of Cha Tae Hyun and I must say that this season is so nice, too bad that unfortunate things happened in this season. I really like this episode, I am a student as well and I have had a good relationship with my teachers ever since. This episode shows the true side of the teachers.
I am impressed with Cha Tae Hyun, it feels like he has known the teacher for years though they just met.
The teacher who is paired with Kim Jongmin is so nice, he even called out the names of his students and it is special if your teacher remembers you, and this episode shows his true side and his intentions to his students, I believe his students will now know why he is like that.
Lastly, the other teachers are also nice. All of them have their own way of teaching. They have their own charms too and all of them are funny AHAHAHAHA.

But at the same time, he is a conservative and strict teacher and they were asking for his opinion, as a teacher. The cast members probably foresaw him reacting in that way, which is probably why they asked him.

I agree with him as a men i do think their clothes is a bit inappropiate to look and i still think a women can still be beutiful without showing their skins so much and wearing a modest clothes, im an old school or traditional classy guy.. But yeah at the end of the day its their choice to wear anything they want.

One of the best 2D1N episodes I’ve ever watched! Being a teacher wouldn’t make you rich but it’s a noble profession and is very rewarding. As I am a teacher myself, I can totally relate to these guys. Missing all the season 3 members :(((

I loved mr kim myeongk,he is one of the best teacher i have ever seen.
The last part really got me. I'm crying so bad. Seeing how passionate these teacher to make their students being someone that can contribute something to the society, teaching them with patience, I was like man, I miss my school life. I miss my teacher, I miss my friends. I just miss going to school, and the memories.
Rewatching this ep for 6th time and i still love teacher kim. He's the kindof teacher we all need in our life. There's something else about these older ep that's just fun regardless of how many times i watch it
jong junyoung is being misunderstood by so many people. if you see him on various other programmes you'll get better understanding of him. he said it himself on King Of Food for eg that he doesn't show much emotion nor reaction on tv and he certainly doesn't say much most of the time except when he's spoken to..sometimes you could see him awkward. junyoung looks most comfortable at games. he definitely looked at ease with roy kim before on mbc chinhan chingu poinun radio..

Joonyoung is totally cool with sharing the bed with other man. He's very laid back. He's not rude. It's just his personality. He's carefree but calm and only talk if he really want to or laugh if it really is funny. Sometime he can be a little cocky but he deserves to be bcos he wins everything. I dont understand all these comment about him being rude. Is it bcos in Korean culture, the youngest have to respect the elders so much that they have to lay back for the elder to win?!? Even when the "crazy dog" teacher who is the youngest teacher win over other teachers at the grabbing flag game, Teahuyn said "why is he like that while he's the youngest". I really dont understand since i'm not Korean.

lol im prettyyy sure half the ppl calling him rude is just hating on him for winning the games... and the other half are ppl who are still emotionally attached to the old cast members (thats why they constantly compare them and point out the member's flaws in this season) >_> anywho i don't find him rude at all and yeah it does have something to do with korean culture, like how maknaes have to respect their elders and do w/e they say just because they're "younger than them" i find that really stupid and unfair however... nevertheless i do think that the new viewers (like those who started watching from this season) are more in acceptance of Joonyoung while the old "loyal" 1N2D viewers are.. ehh not so much..
au3reyoo we non Korean could not understand all the Korean culture on old/young relationship. but the Korean viewers opinion is what matter in the end. international fans are just outsider. nobody take account of our opinion. Korean viewer rating and voice is the only thing that could make any effect on the show. i just say it out loud here because i'm so damn annoyed LOL

This was a really great episode.. The job of a teacher is not an easy one but many people takes it lightly and regards it as easy and doesn't always appreciate the hard work that they do for their student.. Props to all teachers out there, you guys rock!!

As a student I am so touched about what Mr. Kim or the strict teacher said on the last part that he wants to remember that he is not a bad teacher and that is enough for him, it was simple but it really hits some of the students so hard lol i guess. I admit that sometimes we don't understand what they want us to be, it's really annoying to stop you from the things that you think it's good like freedom... but now because of this show I understand it precisely (: that some of the teachers even if they were strict sometimes or even always .. they just want the best for us just like what my parents always told to me (:

This episode makes me miss our highschool teachers. 😭 They're the ones who gave us not just academic knowledge but also lessons in life. I still remember when our homeroom teacher was disappointed in us almost everyday because of our behavior but still he didn't gave up on us and he was still proud of us because of our competitiveness in academics and also in other activities. As our last yr in highschool was coming to an end, he always reminding us to go for what we want in our lives even if it's difficult. He said that all our hard work will be paid off someday, we just need to be patient. Thanks to all of them. Look where we are now. We're professionals, good people in our society w/ good principles in our lives. 💫

This is a very touching episode. It reminded me of my high school days and the great teachers that really had a impact in my life. I don't know if it's the same in korea but teachers in my country don't get pay much. They should be appreciated more.

I cry and it reminds me of my teacher.. she always understand what and why I choose that way... she always tell me what the best to do.. she tell me what am i good at.. and sometimes scold me when I dont pay attention.. Im really surprised about how well she really understand about me and all dtydent in her class.. And she always try to help each student in class... smile.. and say thank you for a little surprise... I miss her so much... but she is in a better place when we just want to start a final test for college... we cry together in our classroom and regret how we didnt do what she told us yesterday..
So as a thank you to our teacher... we study hard and our class got the best score in her subject..

Mr. Kim is really passionate with his job. He's sure of what he's doing even though he's young. Kim Tan seems to be really timid but maybe it's because he's also a new teacher and according to him, right after his military service, he got into graduate school and became a teacher. He's still growing as a teacher. Taehyun's partner seems to be the kind of teacher you'll be comfortable with because he makes the students feel at ease.

our teachers are most definitely essential for the way we grow we spend more time in school than in our homes.. I am really thankful to all my teachers some had stronger impression than others but I am thankful to every single one school teachers or Uni professors..every single one who taught me since I was 5 till I finished at age of 21.. really thankful

i expect everyone to be commenting about junho's funniness at this eps but hey turns out you're all just talking abt jjy.. isn't junho really funny esp. towards the end of the vid? i was laughing out loud because of him and all of the captions. kim jong min was really lucky too meet the such great teacher. he wins a lot in this eps! where he doesn't usually do :p lol

Even i started to watch 2D1N this year Junho set my eyes on him lol and then i start to search his name and found on gag concert and human condition .Usually teens would go crazy in whatever jjy do but not for me ,i didn't attract to jjy at all esp his weird laugh .i know i'm weird and people laugh at me but i laugh at them back because they're normal and its typical to like people like jjy .junho is funny and his look doesn't matter .
+Jeslyne Ho watch this show for JJY because I know he is a funny/weird/4Dimentional person in WGM but ended up falling love for the Uncles line of this show. Junho is my #1 fav in this show, the 2nd place in my heart is Joohyuk.. Junho is super naturally funny and I usually find him cute.. the cutest ahjusi that I've ever seen in this korean variety world LOL

This episode was really funny, meaningful and touching to watch. All the teachers of this episode seem like great people who really care for their students. Crazy dog teacher Kim Myung Ho is awesome for being so motivated and for all the meaningful words he said.
" I don't expect the kids to become huge successes. A lot of people become successful tough the suffering of others. I don't want that. then those people that suffered will male other people suffer too. That would make life sad".
I hope to become a great teacher like him, willing to help all the students and never giving up on them.
