Some Workstation Keyboards/Pianos like Korg PAxx have Arabian Scala,. is there a Way to use this Plugin to have the same Feature with western sampled VST's? For example i'am an Amateur and have a Strings Instrument on Kontakt, what must i do to use this for Songs from Ibrahim Tatlises or Amr Diab, without knowing the Makam.

It works well, but don't use it with a sustain pedal, it confuses the software and true legato isn't possible because it can only process one tone at a time.
Some plugins don't require CC64/sustain pedal for legato. I'm guessing you're using CineSamples? There are many others.
It does not work in any program. this is fake plugin.
Not fake, I am using it with FL Studio and Cubase. Sorry it's not working on your end, it sucks that support isn't responding.

This tool sucks! It only works with VST3 not VST2 plugins of which most of my plugins are.
VST3 is very common now. It also allows features like this (loading a plugin within MicroToner itself to adjust the pitch bend for microtonality).
