Hi BlaZe VoLaR, That's a really good question, I totally agree with you. I think to have truly satisfied and loyal customers. Company must have satisfied and engaged their employees because they are the onces who will help the company succeed in driving both revenue and profit growth successfully.
PS: None of us been there or done that, I think his company success prove that his theory works.
Overall this is Jack ma's "religion" as he called it.

About dogs, only few older people do and only few special area as tradition they believe in China. Now for new generation they will not . So don't so worry.Its not like you were told from media.
