Thank you very much for that but I think the answers on b1 and B3 are incorrect. The question was 'what enzyme catalyses the reaction M?' and the answer is supposed to be trypsin not dipeptidases because digestion of peptides in catalysed by an enzyme produced by the pancreas called trypsin which......

Thank you for your concern pepsin and trypsin work on protein to produce dipeptide, then the dipeptides are then broken down by peptidase into amino acids
