That is only 20% of Christians, and not even how you’re supposed to act as a Christian. Christians are tasked with one duty: spread The Gospel to every corner of the world to every ear that will hear. That’s it. No judgement, no condemnation, no hate. Other than that, we’re simply told to raise a proper family and follow in Jesus’ lifestyle of trying to live as sinless a life as possible through The Holy Spirit. So no, we’re not nuts like these people are over the Rapture. We expect it, but we don’t make assumptions on when it’s going to happen. It will come like a thief in the night, as such that even Jesus doesn’t even know the time (and He’s an extension of God Himself!) The point is this: Christians aren’t bad people; people that portray Christians as nutty and overzealous are. And it’s actually discriminatory! But nobody’s going to touch that. Still love Law and Order though!

Yeah, in my experience, that 20% of Christians are a classic example of a Vocal Minority. They don't represent the majority, but they're so loud that it's all too easy to think they do.
"no condemnation, no judgement, no hate" is bullshit my guy. I grew up in the church and the vast majority of Christians are all of those things. Christianity doesn't inherently make you a bad person, but it does attract a *lot* of people who want to use the bible as a shield to hate people. Most of us aren't nuts, but a whole lot of us are hateful. I'll probably never attend another church again because of it, I can't stand people who twist the word of God to apply it to the latest group of innocent people they have a problem with. First black people and Jews, now gay and trans people, it never ends.
Its always rather hilarious when US evangelicals make fun of christians for some crazy religeous views and yet evangelicans seem to be some with the most outrageously crazy views they force onto others.
Essentially, if you don't understand the true message of the Bible. Many people, as this scene demonstrates, have the wrong interpretation of the Bible and have a watered-down version of Christianity. If they think entertainment portrayals of Christianity are accurate, they have another thing coming for them. Whether you are saved is your choice. However, it is not as simple as just saying the words. You have to mean it. And the choice is whether you want to spend Eternity with God or not. Do you trust Him? Do you love Him? As for the Rapture, here's the issue with those who keep trying to predict when it comes. It was said that no one would know when He would return. The way these individuals keep trying to predict it does seem to suggest that it's not time yet. Perhaps the idea is when the message is really at its last straw and most of the population of Earth don't really believe, that's when it comes. Essentially, right as atheism or the other alternatives establishes itself, and you have very few true followers of Jesus or none, perhaps even when the message of Christianity dies. Perhaps, it's when that happens, that's when He returns. And if that's the case, then we don't have to worry yet about the Rapture. What that also means is that we, as Christians, need to continue to spread the message of the Gospel. But that's assuming that the hypothetical presented is true. And if it's true, then we do have a duty to keep spreading the Word.

As a Christian, the debate over the end times as it pertains to the rapture (the being "caught up" described in 1 Thessalonians 4:17) is an in-house discussion among believers. We can always encourage one another through the scriptures prayerfully and come to the right conclusion, but this show (like most secular shows) mentions the Bible and depicts Christians in a fanatical way every chance they get because that's what Hollywood thinks of the Christian faith. They do truly need to repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ through the proclamation of the Word by us (Romans 10:14-17), but I have no problem lovingly, but truthfully, telling them that their understanding of our faith is wrong (1 Corinthians 2:14). And just read many of the comments in the comment section here and you can tell what they think of Christians based on that incorrect understanding.
@@kreigguardsman3355 That's fine as long as you don't have a presupposition that the two are equated based on this video clip. Christians have long been seen as fanatical when we share our faith or proclaim the gospel (which Romans 10:14-17 tells us to do). Yet a Christian committing murder or any other crime in the name of Christ or because of the rapture is nowhere in scripture and is a sign that person isn't truly a believer. The Bible speaks about false converts and fakes in the church all over the place. In fact the Bible tells Christians to leave peaceably with all men if possible in Romans 12:18. It also tells us to prepared to give an answer for our hope in Christ even in the midst of suffering and persecution in 1 Peter 3:13-17. Secular television shows frequently misrepresent the Christian faith and paint a broad brush definition of it equating us with terrorists, murderers, and crazies. And we understand we will be misrepresented because Jesus said if they hate us it is because they hate Him and if they hate Him it means they hate God the Father (John 15:18-23). I am almost 63 and have been a Christian since the Lord saved me at 40; before I was a believer I would've believed what I saw on the screen and thought they were all nuts (while I lived my life drinking, partying, stealing, and being profane). Once the Lord saved me from my sins, I could do something I could never do before, walk in His purposes and throw off all the wicked, wretched things I did that only satisfied me and hurt others. Unfortunately, you won't see that aspect of the Christian faith because the world needs a scapegoat to mock for their problems when it is actually their sin (Romans 3:9-20 lays that out), but it is God's love and grace that can save them from their sins (John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9).

all in all tho religion is just a way of life, and you make it whatever u want it to be, tho history has shown its important not to take it too far
Yeah, in my experience, that 20% of Christians are a classic example of a Vocal Minority. They don't represent the majority, but they're so loud that it's all too easy to think they do.
This video is from 2009 (Season 19). Has nothing to do with the date it was uploaded to UA-cam
Its always rather hilarious when US evangelicals make fun of christians for some crazy religeous views and yet evangelicans seem to be some with the most outrageously crazy views they force onto others.
people take religion way to far
Is the dead guy on the floor played by comedian Sam Morrel?
IOWA DAD JOKE,of the day.
after a recent overnight dusting of snow, HERE IN IOWA,I found evidence, that the actor WILL SMITH,had walked through my backyard,
I knew it was HIM,because, he left FRESH PRINTS
Here's a tip for your future comedic pursuits; don't put the important parts of a joke in all caps. It makes the joke harder to read and understand.
Also, are you from Iowa, or is that just part of the joke? I'm just curious. Stay warm!
Is that the actor who played Detective Logan playing the part of Sam Burwell’s corpse?
Maybe it's just me, but Speical Victims Unit is my favorite.
The old seasons were when it was at its best with munch but can't stand SVU nowadays
@@Theoneandonlyadammurphyryan Why's that?
The original Law And Order is the best.
The original L&O is the best. The topics that go through each ep are still relevant to this day and is conveyed in the best way possible. That’s the same with the older eps of SVU, however now it’s less about the cases and more about the detectives personal lives. That hasn’t occurred in the original L&O. But both are still great shows
@@JIF882 just for me personally I cannot stand any of the characters I've never liked Benson, Rollins is OK Cat is one of the worst characters ever and the show has just gotten very poor in writing I feel
I don't think we are in the last days. I do believe in God and Jesus. If I'm right then I'm saved. If as some believe it is all fake, I guess there isn't really a de to believing is there?
who's the guy @0:47??
Probably the landlord
Only 10 seconds in, and the quality goes from 144p to 720p
People just love to bend religion to fit their own agendas

I prey every day for Jesus to come and take his followers and leave all the good people here on the planet.
It will be so nice with out them.
Why is it that people who say they are good Christians are usually the most horrible people around. Racist, homaphobes, peados, antisemitis, and those who force marriage on girls who are more often than not of leagall age are just a few examples. Their are good Christians out there, but they don't go around saying they are they are just good people who happen to be Christians and don't use religion as a reason to be good or bad.
I just wanted to say that I consider myself to be a born-again Christian but I don't believe in that pre-tribulation rapture idea. I believe that is a false teaching. But the fact remains that Jesus is the only way to heaven or he is the true Savior and Messiah pray God bless everyone reading this and by the way I like to show Peter the Christian hermit man
As a Christian, the debate over the end times as it pertains to the rapture (the being "caught up" described in 1 Thessalonians 4:17) is an in-house discussion among believers.
I have no problem with Christian’s but I have problem with fanatics
@@kreigguardsman3355 ok.
@@2timothy23 yes.

Christ is the ONLY WAY to heaven.
If there is a heaven. I say that the whole idea was made up by people. I dont need a book to tell me how to live my life without harming people. That holds true for plenty of people. I grew up in a religious family, but I can safely say that even if I hadn't, I still would know that it's wrong to hurt people.
When will people learn that Judes is the true savior.
