For the troublesome Beach Defenses at 4:50, saving before opening the safe then reloading if it isn't there also worked. Just did 3 time restarting completely, and nothing. reloaded and it popped up. (though I did unlock it the first three times, but blew it open with a charge after reloading. So maybe that's some weird bug in it?)
Loving all of these so far. ^_^ The ordering could use some work maybe, but can be overlooked for how detailed and exact you've been. (tried to follow some guides that were like trying to ask complex directions from somebody that's never been where you're going! Or only gave pictures of their starting location, when the item was halfway across the map! O_o)

The Beach Defenses document is definitely glitched as you need to blow the door off for the document to appear. If you use safe key the document most definitely won't be there. I realised after my 5th speed run.
