That could EASILY wind up as being an accessory to murder in a criminal court, and numerous negligence lawsuits against him in civil court. What he did was vile.

@NotZorph I didn't say once that anybody died here, but people did die later on, because of the sheer amount of people who rushed the gates that weren't accounted for. It doesn't really matter what time people died, at any event, if people storm security and capacity goes over, the event needs to be shut down. There is a reason capacity exists, to avoid trampling, suffocation and basic health and safety violation. If you are at a nightclub and it's over capacity, licensing shut it down. Clearly if you are a rapper with lots of money, that doesn't apply to you.

Went to a festival this summer that was insanely more open and organized than this. Worst that happened was a thunderstorm that happened near the end of day one, and from what I can find, no one died or got struck. It was genuinely a fun event outside of that!
I’m honestly privileged to have went to a place like that and not have even heard of this festival until now (not that I care for Travis Scott anyway, nor do I have any respect for him after this).
As an introvert, I will NEVER understand why people like to be a part of such huge herds. Even if they weren’t acting so rowdy and stupid…just being in the middle of that many folks is skin-crawling to me.
