It's interesting watching this video of beautiful homes. I remember as a small boy (I'm almost 60 now) growing up in Trinidad and Tobago my god mother had a book called "The chronicles of Abuja". I liked the video. The homes look beautiful but I'd like to add something. I think in neighborhoods like these the outside landscaping should be equally as pleasing to the eyes as the homes behind the big walls. There were a lot of unfinished sidewalks and dirt piles and that always takes away from the aesthetics of the area. Just a thought. Still beautiful though. Big up Niaja!!

Blue black Africans live in these homes sister Roz. Don't believe all the Western hype that Africans only live in poverty. There are also very wealthy Africans.
These houses are owned by black Africans. Why you don't see many people is that it is an estate environment, purely residential... It is not a commercial / business environment. People who live here leave in the morning for their businesses and work that's why the environment is not hustling and bustling. Never mind the western media who has a negative stereotype of Africa. There's good life in Africa.
