I see no mention of the filarial nematodes various Dirofilaria species of the subgenus Nochtiella. I wonder why it's not mentioned.. esp Dirofilara repens, common dog roundworm
In each species (in America), dogs, horses, cattle, humans, etc. The same parasite is given a different name by physicians & veterinarians to confuse us.
