Building a GOLF Homestead: Year Two in Review
In this video we look back at all the work we put into building the dream golf homestead in 2023. We look back at the work we did to get a fairway started around our DIY putting green, and as Masters week approached, we got the backyard putting green and bunker looking really good! We did a lot of maintenance this year, and also made a lot of final improvements to the farmhouse. We also finished our trails through the woods thanks to a 60,000 pound Kamtsu excavator that my old college golf team brought over for one morning. We then got back to work on the backyard golf practice area where we brought in sand and topsoil to start taking the fairway to the next level. We also rebuilt the golf bunker, and then seeded everything with rye grass. 2023 was a great year, with a lot of hard work, but it is paving the way for what should be an incredible 2024 with more projects, and a lot of golf!!

Have you thought about making a dedicated marsh area and adding draining that feeds into it around the green and fairway? First time getting into your videos. Great content and really inspiring.
