Note to self: rolling things on a table is a great way to test the quality of an item
If you don't roll it on the table, how can you even say that it will last?
It really reminds me of the Shake Tests that Tolarian Community College does.

Ooh I love Elderwood academy! I have one of their mini keychain hex chests. The Rybonator books are amazing though! Rainbow Twintig looks great and the spellbooks turned out great especially with the gold border. Truly fitting for a Rybonator design. So cool!

I've got one of the small dice spell books from their Kickstarter ages ago and I love it. My only issue is that the magnets in mine are waaaaay too strong and it gets stuck shut a lot, but honestly that's a pretty minor complaint to me. I keep whatever set I'm currently using for a character + the associated mini in the bottom slot and it always gets a lot of comments when I bring it to a table!
Uhh, that's a surprisingly appealing product.
Usuall I go with pouches for dice, but these are nice!

I have a mighty need for that keychain book! It's small enough to warrant my addition to my dice hoard without hogging up a whole lot of room at the moment... yessss

I’ve been using Elderwood products for a long time now, absolutely love them. For me I use a hex chest insert in my spellbook with the codex strap to hold everything on my belt. They were nice enough to send me an unglued baffle insert as a special request, allowing me to store the scroll in the codex without losing out on the dice tower aspect
I havent played dnd in years, and never have in person- but I DO use dice in my trading card games and honestly the mid sized one is nearly perfect to carry all the dice i use every week

I got their Keychain Spellbook when they had it on Kickstarter. They look INCREDIBLE!!! I got it hollowed instead of divided, so I was able to fit 3 full sets of 10mm dice inside. I have 2 on my backpack and another set on my desk... just because I can.

Think you could make a cracked set work with your two part dice? Put some broken up bits of dice inside of the larger set and pour in a few layers so that you have a cool looking broken up set?
Totally! But you have to do some additional work to make the crack POP inside the dice :)

I love them! I ended up getting ones just like this at ECCC. I was totally blown off by Wrymwood and Elderwood actually had great salesmen. Love both of the ones I bought. Might need a Rybonator set now too lol

Having just started playing in person for the first time ever, i want this so bad. Tho my perfect pic would be the full sized book, but instead of a mirror on the one side, a rolling tray space so i could fit the 4 set foam insert while also having rolling space. I’m a dice dragon

My only complaint with those foam inserts is the only ones that hold a standard 7 set of die is the minis one, or the hex mini. when I get one I'll probably cut the 4-set into a 2 set, a mini slot, and a card sized square for rolling

@@CultureStress Have you seen the amount of "Independent makers" who literally steal designs? 80% of dice makers selling dice on the internet think of it like it's the pirate bay and everything goes.

@@CultureStress Not ridiculous, it's a sound strategy to take over a market with a lot of competence, shame there was no way they could have gotten the money to afford it. They got greedy, no denying that.

You've made dice + box combos before, themed around a character color scheme. Something i haven't seen done before is a mini base that's colored with the theme.
I did some resin mini bases before, maybe that's what you are wanting?

The boxes look great, but I can't possibly support Elderwood after their ridiculous attempts to bully other dice box makers. It's actually surprising that they didn't try to sue Rybo over the Sophie and Toffee dice box.

Nice box, too bad Elderwood is trying to trademark simple geometric patterns (the honeycomb pattern to be specific) so they can sue any other dice box manufacturers for using it…
