Awesome two nights of racing at Eastern States, with some mixed results and fun and games at the end.
Race 1 Friday Daniel was looking fast in the 721E machine finishing in 2nd. Unfortunately an undiagnosed noise in the engine put an end to his racing for the weekend.
Race 2 Graeme started from second. Had a great start off the line, took the lead in turn 1 and that's where he stayed.
Race 3 had a few more casualties with daemyn pulling in with a flat outside front, joining two others in the infield. Graeme finishing in 3rd.
Race 1 Saturday Graeme finished in 3rd with the only MMR podium for the night.
Race 2 Daemyn stood on the brakes off the start then got a big "thanks for that" into turn one, popping the inside rear. Graeme did not finish suffering damage to his front left suspension. Pit crew jumped on it and got him out for race 3.
Race 3 was more carnage that made for great viewing, with spins all over the track. Jared and Graeme finishing in 4th and 5th respectively after being spun several times each and Jared copping an unfortunate blow to his radiator during one. Daemyn did not finish after loosing another inside rear tire, this time with the whole tire coming off the rim he pulled to the infield suspecting suspension damage.
