Great episode. Really enjoyed hearing from Lawrence and his Lakeland speech brought a tear to my eye, even as someone who's not religious. Such a genuine guy!
Really enjoyed listening to this episode and hearing Lawrence's story, thank you. Mark's words brought tears to my eyes at the end. I also loved how Lawrence described connecting to yourself as "out there..." I always say that the woods is my church... Thus, I loved the quote he shared by John Mule: "I'd rather be in the mountains thinking about God, then in church thinking about the mountains." Thanks Gary and Eddie xo
Really enjoyed listening to Lawrence. I loved the questions along the lines of "is he going to convert me?" etc. I also loved the idea of being on the trails and mountains to see God (or something bigger than myself as I like to call it). Really appreciate when people are so brutally honest about their struggles as Lawrence was with his earlier years battling mental health issues. I will move forward with being more vulnerable with myself! Thanks to Gary and Eddie!
