4 Strokes - Intake/Compression/Combustion/Exhaust. That’s the definition of a 4stroke engine the 4 strokes it takes for one cylinder to go through one it’s one cycles. Nice slide ether way. Looking at getting one.
now that's a cherry if I ever saw one.. I have a 06 vector but gutted it to put an 03 rx1 engine, engine has about 30k miles but still pullin hard! sad tho yamaha is getting out of the sled deal 😒
Hey Bill, I like the rail and 2up seat at 12:47. Do you remember the name brand and model so I can search where to buy this? Was it specifically for the RX1?
I hait to burst your bubble but that ski will break and you will take a ride that will cost more for your hospital bills than to buy a new ski , I know from experience I spent 4 month in intensive care !!!
yuk, you have those shitty yamaha skis on it, i have a 2005 rx1, first thing i did was take those skis off, no more darting or hard steering. I also have a 2007 yamaha rtx. TTL, to answer your question, i believe they are thee best at reliability, i have 19K miles on mine, and still runs like it did new, just your basic wear and tear things go wrong.
@Emery Behm they all have noisy clutches the reason why they are is because that's all you can hear the four strokes are so quiet with the exhaust out the back hear more engine noises. I have just about got 20,000 miles on my sled with just the normal wear and tear valve job in oil changes is all I've been doing to it change the cloud put stainless steel pipes in it and slides and wheels just normal stuff the engines run forever
@Emery Behm what I do to mine every year I blow the clutches out I open it up and blow it out with forced air if they're bad enough I'll take them apart and clean the rollers but do not use any type of oil just dry clean them inspect them and put them back if there's any anywhere rollers or the weights and I'd replace them but just blow them out every year blow that belt dust out and do not use any type of lube and they'll last a long time
That thing is beautiful, I got a rs rage myself

Non-ethanol is more important to use these days otherwise carb gets destroyed.
Здравствуйте, подскажите, пожалуйста, как? И откуда ставили 2 сиденье на Ямаха рх1
What happens when yur dashboard..keeps blinking off and on..mine is doing that ..I don't know what's the problem.
If they don't rip into the exhaust it'll hit the heat exchanger sometimes too found out the hard way
Is this sled still this clean?
Yeah I have a 07rx1 and my dashboard keeps crashing.. any idea how I can fix it???
sorry not a clue
I had that same snowmobile same color 120mph but it would go through hyfax fast probably because it weighted 600lbs
Cmmon mannnn ....take for a ride....🤪🤣
Are you looking to sell this fine machine or what?
How much are you asking for sled?
I don't understand. are you trying to sell this sled?
yes I was, its sold now.
B Coleman how much did you sell it for ??
How do i fix my dashboard it keeps blinking on and off
check for loose power connection
I was thinking about buying a rx1 and I was wondering if they were reliable
Very reliable
Its a yamaha nuff said
Reliable? Lol. I have almost 20,000 miles on mine with no major issues I'd call that very reliable
4strokes will go thousands of miles vs 2 strokes...
@@mykelgreene911 yep some srx have a lot of miles
Compared to a 2 stroke the rx1 will last a lifetime their heavy but just charge your battery and put gas in it
what snowmobile would you recommend me to get, i’m a beginner
Anthony Vu venture 500
Did it use any oil?
4 strokes never use oil you have to change it thow and a filter every 2500/3000 miles..
Have you ever overheated it?

@emerybehm7000 Clutch rattle is completely by design. Had it since new.
