Adam, this morning I woke up a mere mortal, tonight I go to sleep as a Microsoft Certified Professional. Thank you for the excellent content. I see from the many comments that people like me love your presentations - the few that comment about depth of subject etc. have to realise this is a study guide to pass the exam, not a walkthrough of every last function of a given feature! Keep doing these wonderful videos. I hope you may consider some other course next such as AZ-104.

Great job! Thanks for stopping by :) For az-204 I honestly don't know any course I would recommend as I just don't learn this way myself. I just google topics from the course skills measured PDF, read the docs and practice in Azure :) but it's a matter of personal preference.

Is it possible when creating a group to make it mandatory to name some owner for the group. Lets say if I want to create a group and if I dont namne someone as the groupowner while I am creating the group then it will not be posible to create the group. ? :)

I have a question that wasn't clearly covered. If a policy is applied to a resource group that already contains resources of a specific type and the policy disallows that resource type and there is no remediation policy, is that resource type removed when the policy is applied or is it allowed to remain on the premise that policies are only applied to newly created resources after the policy is applied. I think the latter but wanted to verify.

What software you use to make those awesome whiteboards if you don’t mind sharing?
Actually it's just hand drawn diagrams using pen and tablet directly in the powerpoint.
Good one Adam. Is it possible to set a policy to restrict developers deploying the stuffs from the local machines to Azure cloud? Example all the deployment should carry on using only build & release pipelines.
As per episode, Azure Policy doesn't focus on users or user actions. That's what RBAC is for. You could take away permissions to create resources from users and only let dedicated devops principals to perform deployment.

After creating a custom policy, I tried to delete it, I don't see an option to do that. There is only an option to 'delete assignment' how can we delete a custom policy that is created?
Delete assignment first, navigate to definitions and then delete the definition.

Making an effort and investing in yourself is always worth it long term. As to getting the job certificates are just part of it, personality, skills, confidence, experience, passion. All count. But certs definitely help. This does depend on the employer and the market though.

Yo explained Append and Modify together. Is it one operation?
Both modify and append are about making changes. The main difference is that modify changes existing properties, append adds new properties.
The 3 dislikes are AWS personel.
