Damn bro. Crazy how much the channel has grown, from 100 followers when I started watching you 6 years ago to now even your own slam shady lure color. Congrats keep it up!!!!
We Met at E.G. Simmons yesterday, And we talked about the Wedding crasher. I have a bulk bag that I really haven't used much because of having other lures that were my favorites. But after watching this video , I've developed some confidence. I'm going to make sure I have one tide on. and see if it will end up being my new go to lure. I'll keep you updated. Tight lines !
Saw this video last week. Ordered some that arrived Tuesday in the mail. Paddled my 11' yak to the local marsh yesterday (Thursday) where I caught my PB red on a Slam Shady 2.0 two weeks ago. Landed 8 reds and a nice trout in short order all on the Wedding Crasher; including my heaviest slot red to date - 6 lb., 9 oz., within 100 feet of where I caught the PB mentioned above. I ordered more Wedding Crasher 2.0 this morning, and I'm hoping this color will be a regular offering on Fish Strong (along with my confidence 2.0 colors: Slam Shady and Gold Digger). - Dan in Jax
Congratulations! Great color addition to the Salt Strong 2.0 series. I'm a firm believer in natural color lures. Ordered a couple of packs before finishing the video.
Thanks! And long story short, with the black and white base colors we said it looks like a tuxedo and with the glitter flake giving it a little *pizzazz* I said it looked like it was ready to crash a wedding. Then the name "wedding crasher" stuck so we decided to make it the official name
Hey bro, that’s a great color combo, does the job, I wonder how white/gold glitter would work with your color combo? Will be purchasing more, great for east coast inland
Color doesn't mean much in muddy water. Moderate to clear - maybe. Fishing technique and retrieval make the difference. I look for good design in a lure that gives me the fishability for the area I'm fishing.
Definitely like to see salt strong come out with a mullet pattern in that profile. Also I will have to respectfully disagree with the whole " big trout fight like small reds ". Once you get trout past 23" inches they will fight just like any size Redfish. When I got my 30" trout about 17 years ago I thought I had an over slot Redfish on for good few mins. Drag scream multiple times , boiled just like a redfish. This past September through November my nephew and I were catching the 23 to 27" trout and each ones fight was absolutely a blast we even had a few thinking they were snook coming completely out of the water 😂. But my definition of " big " for a trout starts around the 22" mark. Anything below that to me is average for West Coast of Florida
A 30" trout is crazy! My biggest was 27", but that was back in high school before I was recording anything. For me personally, I'd say any trout that's over slot is a "big one", but once you reach that 24-25" range then you get into "gator" territory
@@SeeYaDude yeah that was 17 years ago unfortunately I don't think we will see a 30" trout in long time. That's the only PB I don't have a photo of. That day was crap for me. That trout was the only thing that saved the day. I lost my car keys while fishing my car had to sit there for 2 days until a lock smith came out , I left my camera at house , dropped my Nokia cell phone into the water , got stung by a wasp on my toe 😂 😂 so yeah that trout saved my day 😂 What hurts all of us from seeing those monster trout 28"+ is That 1 over 19" slot rule makes it very hard for them to get to that size. Wish they would stop that part of the slot for trout 22"+ I start calling them gators / yellow mouths. At that size and bigger they start to actually roll like a gator does and their mouths become that dark mustard yellow that's awesome to see when they are on top splashing. Such awesome sight to see.

Nice fishing buddy. You killed it. Great bait but the spot has a lot to do with it. Blessings.
I like to see it catch some big reds and snook. I like the color combo! 👍
Thanks dude, I would love to see that too! That's gonna be the goal the next week or two

Thanks dude, I really appreciate all the support over the years! I see that you've been crushing the fish on the kayak
@@SeeYaDude would love to try the new color but I’m stoping fishing for at least 3-4 months to work on my career. Good stuff bro

Thank you! And I'm the same when it comes to natural colored baits 99% of the time. Please let me know your opinion on them once you get to use them
Awesome man, congrats. Keep on keeping on!
Thanks!
That’s a great color combo. It’s often called chicken on a chain or figi chix (DOA paddletail) and features a chartreuse tail. Definitely a winner
They need to make a slam shady/gold color. Great video as always
Congrats bro! Cool looking color for sure and it works! But why “Wedding Crasher”?

Thanks for the input I like that idea with the different color glitter
Man that’s how those islands were the other week I got a few 20”+ trout off them and they were just stacked everywhere
JUST AMAZING GOD BLESS YOU !!!❤❤❤😊😊😊
Yesssir I’m gonna put them to use this weekend 👀

wish we had grass in the mosquito lagoon color does not mean much when theres no fish
The lagoon back in the day had plenty of grass for sight casting reds, especially in pole only zones. It's been largely ruined.
Just ordered 2 packs. It looks PDC. Pretty Darn Cool
Used to visit Pt Brittany and Isla Del Sol when my in laws lived there. Miss St Pete! We’re in N Naples now.
Sweet good for you!
Awesome dude you deserve it! Love your content keep it up
Thank you!
🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
Awesome stuff dude
Here ya go
awesome looking color
Thanks!
Hiya dude
I ordered some wedding crashers… couldn’t resist! Cast Catch Repeat
I’ll let u know how it does for me.
See ya dude
Do you think it will work good in dirty water too?
It should! With its darker back and solid contrast it should show up good even in dirtier water
It would be cool to add a hint of purple because fish can see purple well
Purple demon in that profile would be sick.
Tampa Bay looking a lot better, outgoing tide?
where is this spot ;)
You do ok in the storm?
All good over here!
@@SeeYaDude good to hear man. Nice color pattern btw
