Imagine buying an island that could look like a paradise. Then making it look like an industrial warehouse, with no charm or discernable decor. That's what we have here.

Imagine you have to go to a mall/restaurant/movie it would take a lot more effort now. Also restaurants don't deliver food there nor does any other online site. Also the home is not that impressive for the price and the island is pretty much the home, that's all. There is also the issue of security since cops will require a lot more time to reach there. So much of inconvenience + home is not that good for the price.
