Heath class vibes
Grazing is dangerous for many of us. 😱 The best dietician advice I received was to chase the “protein macros” first for each meal. #filling
Could you do one on sugars? It's insane how crap I feel if I eat too much. And I'm someone who grew up with a bad American diet. My diet just never got low enough in sugar for me to realise how much better I feel with lower sugar until recently. I know some sugars can be fine but I also never really realised how much I was eating even without "sweets" in my diet until I started to check/count the last couple months. I already don't drink soda and things like that, I really want to nearly cut it out if I can though because I feel so much better, but it's like an addiction.
online school sucks bro
Eat more maple syrup (2:47)...sure that will help!
I mean, if the alternative is Frosted Flakes... I'd go with the oatmeal with maple syrup
:)
This is cringe.
