Motorcycle specialist teaches how rolling a stoppie on a bike involves balancing on the front wheel with the proper amount of front brake control in this tutorial. This is a advance riding skill, also known as endo, that is dangerous so safety gear is a must have. Good sticky motorbike tires such as Michelin or Dunlop tires and good brake pads are a must have. Motorcycle riding should be taken seriously, always wear proper protective gear including a riding helmet, motorcycle insurance, good tires inflated to proper p.s.i. A motorcycle specialist should do all motor maintenance and repairs on the bike, suspension, and parts.

Hell yeah big dog!! That is the goal with these. Everyone benefit from them!
I dedicated to stoppies for the first time this week, so I came back to watch this one more time. They're a little odd but strangely addicting.
Thanks again for uploading! I just need to keep my eyes forward and develop some more confidence on the front wheel. I plan to mark the road I practice on in order to start tracking progress.
Marking out your progress will REALLY help my due!
Gta 5 stoppies are pretty fun ;P
Hahhahahhahahahah Hell yaaaa love me some GTA
I tried to start learning them when my bike wasn’t caged and came close to going over the front then panicked and leaned to far to one side and dumped my shit 😂 I saved it but shit was scary. Good shit though Brian 👍🏽

Hell ya. Just try and listen to you guys on what you wanna see next! Please share it with your friends if it helped at all!
I learned how to stoppie before i learned to wheelie but it was on a Honda grom...they are so much fun. I like stoppies more than wheelies imo...not sure how it is on the big bike but i usually throw my weight forward also to pick up the grom easier
Next trick I’m learning! Glad to find a tutorial from the man himself👌

Ooof ... I recall that front end washout on my friends SV650. Stay away from freshly paved roads, parking lots, or patches. Contrary to what it seems, that ultra black asphalt sweats oil in the hot sun.

Thank you Anas!!! Apperciate your support!
Yet another great video, thanks for all your effort with beginners
Thank you for watching and supporting the channel!
Wouldnt letting go of the brake be how u save urself from flipping over? The equivalent of foot braking a wheelie? Thx
for now i'm just waiting to get my motorcycle license sent to me and for my grom so for the moment i only have the experience when i did wheelies and stoppies on my bicycle over a decade ago and wheelies weren't a big thing for me but stoppies always scared the shit out of me because i felt like you can control a fall much better when you wheelie, with a stoppie there is just a way higher chance to go head first into the ground.
Bro you got some dope vids I been working on my wheelies n I'm seeing progress cuz of your vids now I'm just looking for a cage
Hell yaaa I love having dudes like you pushing themselves from the how to videos!!! Much love Brian
I’ll always say ride at your own pace. Learn at your own pace. It ain’t worth hurting yourself trying to impress someone
...that dog can give a course in safety 101..."avoid squids"
This is the best comment I have seen all day!
Always enjoyed your videos, much appreciated on the good info have you ever made one on how to build a stunt bike or the basics you guys run?

I did a stoppie once Back tire pointing to the sky didnt go very well need a new mirror and shifter . The stoppie was not intentional
4:43 I’m currently at those pop up stoppies
Keep pushing man
Very informative video 🤘🤘. I run a 03/04 636 with 06 636 forks brand new Shinko Verge 2 front and rear with racetech springs rated for my weight front and back that was installed by a AMA flat track racer/tech so the work done was by someone legit. I also have 07 zx10 calipers and rotors. Keep in mind this bike sat for over a year before this problem I'm having. I use to roll good basic stoppies 20-30ft from the top of first, but I had a fork that leaked, fixed that took it to the lot after a year of it setting and my bike has had no front brake power and the front doesn't dive like it use to (did the old zip tie trick and the forks aren't bottoming out). It takes at least 5-6 seconds to stop from the top of 1st and the rear tire never leaves the ground, with brake pulled all the way to the bar. I've since changed pads, fresh motul 660, honed the rotors to remove any fork oil or grime but I have yet to hit the lot since that's been done. Vut now every 3 or 4 days the front master losses pressure (Stock Brembo 16 off an R6) and has to be re-bled at the lever and then it works fine. Could my issues be master cylinder related or preload, compression, rebound related, or maybe low fork oil related? I've only seen one drop of fork oil on the throttle side tube only not anywhere like the floor or bottom of the fork, the OEM seals are maybe a year old with a few lot sesh's on them. I had a dude change my comp and rebound at the lot one day when my stoppies were a mess (keep in mind I had leaking forks and all, and assuming the pads were soaked in fork oil), and its really never been the same since that and the fork seal problem. Or could the rotors be took far gone from the fork oil? Also what compression and rebound are you running on yours? Stock settings? I think I may set the comp/rebound back the factory clicks and see what she does. Also what weight of fork oil would you recommend? Wouldn't mind to hear your input. 🤘🤘🍻
Hell ya man!!!!! I will forever run that 2ct
@@brian636 any idea as to what my issue could be with no stopping power?
Stoppies are prob the last thing I'll try and learn lol, there so sketchy
They are sketchy forsure lol
They were my first bicycle trick
Get a Grom and every stoplight will be a stoppie. I can stoppie my Grom since the day I rode it, while my KTM hasn't lifted its rear tyre more than once for the 1 year I have it.
But I feel stoppie training would help with practical emergency braking so much
@@krisswolf2011I thought the same thing I can rool decent stoppies unfortunately they are nothing like real life stopping . For a stoppie you lean forward and hit the breaks hard to lift the rear wheel . To slow down you gradually hit the breaks harder and harder trying not to lock up .
I stop much harder and pull my break in a lot more slowing down then on a stoppie but the stoppie I get on the breaks a lot faster and that causes the bike to go up . A good way to lean to stop is to go on a long empty street and practice stopping and a good way to lean to stoppie is go on the same street and practice stoppies . If you use your stoppie technique in real life you can have a very bad day
Gotta learn that body movement to keep balanced
Im new to stunts i got a 05 kat 600 480lbs wet no abs would you recommend even attempting stoppies on a bike like that?
Keep doing ur thing bro very educational
It helped me a lot. But first i need to learn to ride the bike :D Thank you
It makes a huge difference having high straight bars vs low clip ons
Thanks bro 😍
Thank you man!!! Please subscribe!!!
Still loving the vids man, keep it up!
Hell ya! Will do man! Means alot
Small confusion bro when doing stoppie it means holding clutch and break we need to do at same time??
Yes it is one single motion! Make it fluid. Please subscribe too brother!
Love your tutorials!
Love you homie, you have been a day one on this channel and the patreon.... YOU THE MAN
Yeah i like it with the smaller bike
Yes it is alot more forgiving you know.
sweet video bro
MY DUDEEEE
Hey bro thanks for the vid audio is only on left convert to mono...

Great video bub! Well explained!

“I don’t wanna day a squid....” as he is wearing shorts -_- Let’s just throw out stupid terms that demean bikers. But I did really like your video a lot 👍🏼 thanks for looking out for the new riders man. I’m not new, but I’m new to tricks and it means a lot. Your a really good stunter.
Thanks brother!!! Glad to have real ones like you here! Hope you are enjoying all the tutorials I have put out over the years!
I feel like my lever will snap before my back wheel comes up. Do I need a double discs for this to work or is my 125 enough?
Thank you for great lessons! Respect bro.
No problem man, glad you like them!!! Please subscribe!
Nice video. Good information.
Glad you dig it bro!
Wow lots of good info, subscribing.
Does your bike have crash bars and sliders? Sweet or is that a stunt cage? Sorry I'm very new
Welcome to the family brother!!! Its a cage!! Check out some of my setup videos!
Just got the Michelin power gp's 50/50 trackday tires, and was suprised when max breaking at 90mph trying to bring up the rear, and the front tire squeals slightly and feels to be sliding a little, even after many iterations so tire is very hot, psi is set to bike specs (36 psi front), it will start to bring up the rear eventually at around 40mph, but I'm a little reluctant to hit the brake harder
Awesome how to. Is this possible on a gsx250r?
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! That was funny. But so true.
guy knows what he's talking about.
Dude I literally just searched up how to stopping earlier this morning and all the videos were older lmao. Can you do a video on installing a triple clamp and how to relocate the ignition (or eliminate the ignition in general)??
I am doing all of that on the Patreon build right now man. Check it out! Only 1 dollar a month and you have unlimited excess to the build and giveaways!
how to modified to put the rear brake lever below the clutch lever? that looks helpful
I did one today at the MSF I did not pass the class, as I dropped the bike the second time trying to do a quick stop.
Love your videos bro

Good work love your videos
Thanks Mike!!!!! Hope you learn something
I did a stoppie during a msf course by accident. The teacher was not happy but kinda happy I landed it but dropped the bike after landing. Now I know how I fucked up. A decade later doing the msf course again and I plan on not doing this maneuver again til I atleast get the M on my DL. Probably get a cheap sports bike for practice
Same. Did it twice by accident then twice on purpose when we did emergency breaking once they said they didn’t mind me doing it for that.
What you think about Michelin road 5 tires?
Hey bro do you have any how to drift videos?
No I defiantly need to make on here soon though!!! Please subscribe brother!
Damn bro... that’s gotta be on you todo list soon... lol but I’ve been subscribed for a while now and I must say you got some skills bro and your videos help with a lot. Keep them coming lol
Makes a very good video about Stoppie learning... does it in squid mode.
accidenatlly did a rolling stoppie at 60 when a car changed into my lane from a stand still lane (be careful of open lane patterns guys( watch dan dan the firman)) it felt awsome pulling it of by complete accident (after the fear of death went) so im here to learn how i did it because i have no idea of how it happened just everything went slow motion and it felt like i had the wheel in the air for an hour. althougj it was probably only a hand full of seconds.(didnt pop anywhere as high as this though)
You earned a new sub, mr.
am not gomna lie brian i try to do stoppie and is more scaryer than the wheelies i feel better doing wheelies but i do love stoppies is just harded cuzz if you do it the wrong way youll be kissing the ground lmao but grate video man i love the way to explain with details cool video
It is MUCH scarier than wheelies man. Keep practing daily that the key
and how about the tire pressure? Should I adjust the front tire's pressure a bit higher or lower? Thanks
