in my opinion there are so many reasons in our country for unemployment but i wanna tell main reasons so first biggest reason of unemployment is population . there are limited job in our country and limited seats but no. of candidates is increasing day by day but jobs are fixed . jobs isn't increasing so this is the main reason and second reason is this most of the people are seeking jobs they don't want to provide jobs for other they don't want to start their own business. and the 3 main problem is lack of education in our country. there is so many peoples graduate but they don't have skills then how can any company hire those candidates so lack of education or we can say poor education system is problem of unemployment.
Reasons of unemployment ;-
1 . Education system and policies
2. Expanding Population
3. Robotics and AI in industries
4. After reading a high ranking course most of the gyluys don't want to do some lower level works
5. Lack of moral support from family and society to invent new ideas.
6. Don't try to take risk share market.
Solution :-1. reforms in education system and policies
2. Control population
3. Take priority to new ideas
4. Moral support from family and society needed to do something risky and create a platform for jobs

Regional languages have their own impact..
It is worth and appreciable.
2/ No uniform duration of some professional courses particularly para medical courses.
1 to 3 year diploma.
3/ certificate / Diploma awarded by different institute in different terminology.
Rest you know well.
Lack of practical / internship or
Skill needed as per time.

I can speak English and I will speak English fluently
I think Reason of people is their small mindset every child born in middle class go to school after 6 years after he goes to 10th standards where he face challenge first not one 1st one but bigger than what he did past after getting marks in 10 th he has way to choose his path whether he can be student of commerce , science or arts if not he will join diploma after completing 2 or 3 years he goes to higher education he completes graduation he goes to job he works 9 hours a day till his retirement so this cycle goes on if one thinks to be business he can offer jobs to several people but nobody thinks in this way if everyone thinks In this way then within 5 to 10 years we can overcome unemployment
Sir my View is that....Government should not be giving job for decades it should be in limit time so that new Aspirant will full fill that gap....

Our education system can't
Give skill , it's give only knowledge

The main reason of the unimployment is the rapidly population growth. Every person wants to get a job and he doesn't start a business . Because he doesn't have money and every person can't get a loan to start a business that's why unimployment has reached on critical stage in our country. And the second reason of unemployment is the education system is very poor. That's reason our theoretical knowledge has gained but practical knowledge has not given us in our school , college and so on.

1) spending in Festival
2) spending in Marriages of married
3) Infrastructure (i.e., Economics and social infrastructure) &

My first point is that if all people can change their mentality and mindset and not run behind easy and simple work it's better to crate own job
My sec point is that don't depend other take risk and think big and focus only your work

The main causes of unemployment are :
1. Increase in population ( the no. of jobs is less as compared to the no. of candidates )
2. skills are not taught in our schools and colleges
3. Lack of infrastructure and not focussing in the private sector
4. Startups and entrepreneurs are not supported
5. More focus on government jobs than private jobs .
6. Reservation is also a cause in some cases ( because many worthy candidates don't get job just because of reservation)
7. Corruption and Nepotism is also a cause for unemployment ( some people bribe the authority to get job and some officers favour their relatives in getting certain jobs )
