For first 3-4 mins place it on stand and then transfer it to the pan

You don't really have to keep the flame on during the whole process you can turn off the heat once the pan is super hot and let the cheese melt

Very helpful tip: if your bread burns from bottom before the cheese melts, use a plane pan and not one with lifted corners as in the video, cover the bread with similar lid as shown in the video and open the lid up a lil bit and add like 2 spoons of water, this will surround your bread with steam, and therefore the cheese will melt.

No. Chilly is too much. First, green chilli so much & then chilly flakes & then more chilli flakes. The flavor of chilli would become dominant.
