The original ending was more personal and had a more intense personal impact. So I understand why they made that decision. But this alternate version looks really beautiful and must have been a lot of work. It deserves appreciation as well. Greetings from Germany :)

Queen Victoria herself blamed the London Metropolitan Policemen for not being able to catch & arrest Jack the Ripper. It was Extremely Difficult to resolve atoll. There is always difficulties in life.
Such a disappointment of a film, riddled with ridiculous inaccuracies even compared to the original graphic novel. Abberline was NOT a psychic, that was Robert Lees who was completely omitted from the film. Mary Kelly was an Irish woman and did not have an English accent and more importantly she was the Ripper’s final victim but this film would have you believe she survived and fled back to Ireland? Very silly and annoying indeed. Why couldn’t they just follow the graphic novel which is a magnificent piece of work? It’s a nice looking film though
I actually like this movie, one of my favorite, but whatever movie this actors in he gives it is old and has your believing in the character. He’s playing & Cheering for him.
