I find vidios very helpful I'm based in south africa could you please assist me with the following questions
1.how to calculate the quantity of the feed a hen must have a day ,I have 170 hens.
2.normally it's said that after 1st egg you must feed laying mash that's what I already did but then again it's said that if a hen start to lay earlier before its time that will affect its effectiveness.
(This confuses me because not all hens start to lay at same time or day,must I remove non laying hens from the rest & feed them grower
